It brings the entire hiring process — postings, applications, and employer coordination — into one secure system built specifically for the communities it serves, rather than a generic job board retrofitted for them. It's a direct example of the kind of custom software IAG builds: practical, secure, and designed around how Tribal governments and Native organizations actually operate.
